  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is calculated on a weight and distance basis.
  • What shipping services do you use?
    We use USPS as our preferred shipping service.
  • When will my order ship?
    Most orders ship either the same day or the next business day.
  • Do you ship on Saturday?
    No, we only ship packages Monday-Friday.
  • What Holidays are you closed?
    We are closed on all federal holidays.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Our standard shipping timeframe is 2-5 business days.
  • Has my order shipped?
    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking notification.
  • Do you ship outside of the USA?
    Due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) that applies to most items we sell, we do not ship internationally.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    We only charge sales tax in the state of Connecticut.
  • Do you accept Backorders?
    No, we do not accept backorders on items.
  • Do you have a physical retail store?
    No, at this time we do not have a retail store front.
  • Do I have to create an account to place an order?
    Do I have to create an account to place an order? No, an account is not required to place an order, you can checkout as a guest.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Our office hours are 8AM to 5PM Eastern Monday-Friday.
  • Do you offer local pickup?
    No, at this time we do not offer local pickup.
  • Is the product in stock?
    Product quantities are updated hourly, so if it is shown in stock on the product page, we generally have the product ready to ship the next business day. However sometimes inventory may fluctuate and go out of stock, you will be notified and will be given a refund or the item can be placed on back order, whichever you prefer.

  • Return Policy?
    Order Cancellations: Our policy for canceling your order after it is placed is that we can only cancel an order that was placed within the last 1 hour, and only if that order has not been shipped yet. Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All return items should be sent to: CTarmory 13 Salem Road Woodbridge, CT 06525 You are responsible for paying for your own shipping for returning your item. We are not responsible for items returned to any address other than the one listed above. Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
